I just saw the doctor. He said the ovary was fine. FINE! He sent it to the lab and got the report back today. FINE! And the biopsy he did of inside the uterus, FINE! SO now I know why I still have pain, because they didn't take it away. Now a piece of me is in the garbage and there was nothing wrong with it. I am sick and tired from the surgery and there was nothing wrong with it.
There was a cyst. I always have cysts. I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome which I think means many ovarian cysts. So I guess I can credit him with reducing my pain from that as I only have one side left. Half the pain. And he did say he thought only the flare would go away, not my always pain. So I really can't be mad at him. I am kind of mad at myself for giving in and not holding on until the pain passed. It was just a cyst it would have gone away eventually.
I am really tired. I never thought a trip to the doctor and a quick stop at the grocery store could take so much out of me. I have all this pain. Cramping like after you run for a long time on a hot day and then drink a lot of water. I think it is from the surgery. My face is red and I feel hot and sweaty. Too much too soon?
I have to go back next week because he thought it was too soon to take out the stitches. I wanted to cancel today's appointment and rest more, but I thought I HAD to go so he could take the stitches out. He says they look good and that I should continue taking the two antibiotics I was given. Although he did not know about the one the other surgeon gave me until I told him today.
So that is today. No good news.
My cat is still sleeping where I left him this morning. He is snoring. Ever hear a cat snore? It's funny.

I'm sorry to hear about your crummy day. It does sound like maybe you're doing a little too much too soon. Take it easy on yourself. And no, never heard a cat snore, but I've heard my dog snore...lol
