talking talking talking...that's what i'm working on. sharing my feelings before they build up. and, i'm trying not to be pushed and pressured by people but instead speak up and stand my ground. that seems to be a thing that triggers bad feelings for me. I'm trying to see how SI causes my partner to feel.
