  A lot of my family went to the U of I also. It's a tough school to get admittance....you need to be very bright. My mother went to Bradley University here is Peoria, I've attended there in the past (night classes) but didn't accumulate many credits. My father went to Valparaiso and so did my son. Personally, I loved Valpo and secretly wish I could turn back the clock and be starting over again. Weren't you a Wesleyan graduate?

  Mahomet is about 100 miles SE of here...over by Champaign. I've never been to the town but I've driven by it on the interstate. It's a nice area. By the way...in case I forget.... Happy Birthday! (on Wednesday)

  Archie is a cute name for big orange cat! I have seen a big orange tomcat outside here at night this last week. I hope he stays clear of the coyotes. Sorry about the Cubbies :( Better luck next year! Hugs...hope you are enjoying this great fall weather :)
