Hello,Tmj is so painful!!! I go to PT once a week for the pain in my face. The pain goesinto my nose,eyes,cheek and into my teeth.some days I think i need a root canal. I'm at my dentist alot.Mouth guards work pretty good BUT i still clench. Ice really helps my facial spasms. I hope tomorrow will be a pain free day for you!!!! Take care! jacki
