Close Panic Attacks
i have had panic and bipolar disorder since i was 16..im now 39 and the panic has reared its ugly head again..so bad im afraid to go to sleep (when its the worst) and now it is during the day also.much heart fluttering and discomfort before an attack....im losing myself to this
