 Same old thing, different day. Woke with headache and feeling weak.  My face is white as a ghost.  I think my blood sugar is too low.  I had to eat a yogurt quick for some sugar this morning.  Didn't have much to choose from as far as anything with sugar, so yogurt will have to do.  I"m stuck at home with no vehicle, so if the yogurt does not work, I'm going to have to figure something out.

That's it...I'm not taking Metformin anymore!!!  Instead, I am changing my eating habits to low-carb. 

I had already decided to do the low carb thing.. but now I am opting to NOT take Metformin also, because it makes my blood sugar go too low if I do not eat breads and pastas and sugar... I'm not diabetic..just insulin resistant.

I am worried about gynelogical health, had a pre-cancer scare in Feb. and since I take Metformin for PCOS...

I'm going to a new doctor to get all this worked out.  I hate my old doctor, hate the new doctor..so I  found another doctor..and I will call Monday to set up an appointment with a Reproductive Endocrinologist.  I'm not going to try to get pregnant quite yet.. I'm going because they know more about PCOS and I've been advised by a few people to go ahead and go even if not ready to get pregnant just yet. 

I'm feeling positive about my new decisions.

I am completely exhausted!!!!!  I didn't do much today except I went to taco bell to eat lunch with my mom.

I am so tired, as if I had been out all day long..but I wasn't..just a quick 20-30 minute outing..and I'm done!  Also my back is really hurting a lot tonight, and still having problems with my right thigh and now down to my knee ... numbness.. Now it's just numb all the time.  I must have a pinched nerve or something. ???
