Quick Write: the Botox is working, I'm migraine free.  Work ended yesterday, so I'm off for the summer. I went to P.T. today, my neck is doing pretty good.

Unfortunately, we're having a heat wave (100 degrees), so I'm going to rest this evening. 

I'll right more this coming week.....

I'm glad to be back on D.S.
