sounds like you could be having a little depression mixed in there...it'll be o.k...talk to your doc. or someone there are alot of meds. you could try that might be helpful..When you feel yourself slipping too far do something positive for yourself that makes you feel good..take one day at a time and in time hopefully this will improve...

Talk with your Dr. You have alot to live for. You are given a chance to beat those seizures. You are alive and that is what matters. I will pray for you.

it as been 4 months since i had surgery for epilepsy and it was a great success.but having the surgery as left me with a little depression something i wasnt prepared for.i cry alot most of the time for no reason the doctor who i have seen wants me to have counselling as he things having the surgery as unearthed some feelings that as happened to me in the past.like my parents not speaking to me all thease years just because i had epilepsy and 13 years ago our first daughter died of a bad heart at 11 weeks old.so this is what im going to do wheather it will help i dont know i am hoping it will.

It sounds like counseling could be a good thing for you. Give it a try and see. Remember though, sometimes it results in pain before it helps. Hey, just like surgery !!!
