      Yea i am excited but scared to cause Timothy is just 7 months. I been feeling so sick too. I got pills for morning sickness, somtimes they work, sometimes not. But i am indeed very excited.

      Type: Ovarian Issues

      I was diagnosed with PCOS in my late teens. I have not been treated for it in many years, but am finally seeking help. It wasn't a big issue to me until recently. Unfortunately, I do not seem to be ovulating so I am trying to stay positive and not lose hope.

      Treatments

      Basal Thermometer Not Working
      not really telling me anything
      Folic Acid Not Working
      I'm taking a prenatal vitamin to get the folic acid. hoping this will help.
      Metformin Too Soon to Tell
      Just started on 1/10/08. Hoping this will help regulate cycles and get me ovulating.
      Ovulation Predictor Kit Somewhat Helpful
      it's telling me i'm not ovulating...so I guess it's working
      Progesterone Too Soon to Tell
      started taking prometrium to bring on af. we'll see what happens
      Vitex Too Soon to Tell
      will be starting this cd 1. praying it leads to a BFP

    • Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

      I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16. I haven't really paid it much attention until recently. I know that I need to get it under control so that I can lose weight, be healthy and hopefully get pregnant!

      Aldactone Working / Worked
      it worked when i was on it, but I can't take it as I am ttc.
      Metformin Working / Worked
      Started it again on 1/1/08 after being off of it for several years. It helped before in terms of losing weight/regulating cycle. I am hoping it will help in my attempts to conceive as well.
      Vitex Too Soon to Tell
      will be starting this cd 1. praying it leads to a BFP

    • Open Gastric Bypass Surgery

      I am seriously considering Gastric Bypass. I am looking for support and information as I make this decision.
