Close Fibromyalgia
I was diagnosed about 1 year ago. I hate that I have this and hate what it is doing to me. I hate what it has done to my family.
Treatments
- Ambien Working / Worked
- doesnt seem to be helping me do much. not even sleep
- Aqua Therapy Not Working
- I hurt so bad the next day that I couldn't move
- Cyclobenzaprine Not Working
- didn't work, had to go back on Soma
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- not so depressed
- Heat Working / Worked
- sleep on a heated mattress pad. and on bad days I pretty much stay on a heating pad. When I go to work I wear the "Thermacare" heat wraps and they are wonderful.
- Lyrica Not Working
- I couldn't tell if it was working or not, don't think so anyway, Dr. is weaning me off of it and i don't feel any different
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- energizes me. now getting a shot once a month.
Close Sexual Abuse
It happened when I was very young until I was a teenager. Still working thru it
