Hoping we can conquer agoraphobia together! I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. - it calms me right down so it really helped me to be able to get out of the house, I don't need it at the moment

Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionMajor depression for the last years but only minor now due to meds.

- it calms me down very much and helps both with depression and anxiety, I will stay on it to prevent reoccurance, I get bad withdrawl sypmtoms so will have to make a plan
