Ok ,,so ,,I have been trying to hug people, but it won't work.

So if you read this, Here is your hug,

Had a great day today. Head pain is eased some. A normal headache is a good day for me. Come to think of it I don't ever not have pain. Guess ya just get use to it. Still feel blessed could be the bad pain all the time. There is always good to be found even if it seems bad.

Went for a Midnight swim tinight. Was wonderful, I love swimming under the stars. I am so glad I have now found healthy ways to escape stress. Jean Leo and I spent a great day together. Just him and I this weekend :)

I watched a Movie tonight, "Owning Mahoney" Brought a lot of emotions out. Is a true story about a CG. One of the best I have seen. I have seen it a few times and found myself watching it again. Philip Seymore Offman does an unbelievable job portraying a CG.

I am happy that he found recovery and hope.

Happy that we all have also.

Glad your head pain is gone.Not so glad you are in pain all the time tho . I too saw that movie and it was very good kinda scary in fact . Another one I saw just last week was Breaking Even and that really hit home for me. take care hope your pain goes away for good and soon !

Sorry you have to deal with that head pain. I used to get daily migraines. All of a sudden one day, they were gone. I hope that can happen for you. One thing I found I was doing was gritting my teeth - alot. I got a mouthgard to wear at night - that seemed to help. Don't know if that could help you - just thought I would mention it.

I'm going to rent that movie. Sounds good. Never hurts to re-live those days - as long as we don't gamble - its good to remember so we can see how far we've come!
