    About Me

    23 year old girl, Starting weight was 374.2, I've lost 31 pounds and still going! Update! Well I'm 24 now and I have now lost 100 lbs. I know I don't really come on here anymore, but I now work full time and go to school full time. My started weight was 374.2, my currect weight is 274. Wow I can't believe how far I've come. I'm going to be 25 in Nov. and I'm going to try to get down to 200 by then. I'll post some more pics soon. I came back because I wanted to give some people inspiration.

      Hi there. My name is Rynn. When I started my weight loss journey I was at 374.2, so far I've lost about 31 pounds and I'd like to lose another at least 140 pounds. I've been overweight most of my life, I'm 23 years old, I'm motivated, but I don't know anyone who doesn't need support when they're facing a challenge. I hope to both give and recieve that here and to be one of those success stories you read about a year or two down the road. :D

      Ugh, I'm not great with food, but I'm trying to be more concise of my calories, eat healthier, and just make better choices overall.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      I'm trying to work out at least 3 days a week. Mostly doing cardio and building from there. My goal is not to lose weight so much as to be consistant with working out!
