Thanks for the visit. As for supplements, I do take magnesium, though I haven't focused on just which exact type of magnesium is best yet. I haven't scoped out taurine yet, but I did discover that potassium supplements are not a good idea for anyone taking beta blockers as they can cause hyperkalemia.

Thank you for replying to my post. I'm sorry that you too had to go through the same situation. My father-in-law passed away early Saturday morning. He is no longer in pain and is now dancing in heaven with his wife. We will get through it, but the days ahead will be rough. Thanks again.

- Amiodarone Working / Worked
- had it thru IV in emergency room when heart rate was over 200 - it did work
- Coumadin Working / Worked
- Diltiazem Not Working
- when first diag. was given cardizem and it did not work
- Rythmol Not Working
- after cardizem failed, my doc put me on rythmol. after 2 months, I went into v-tach and my doc felt it was a side effect of the rythmol, so she took me off of it
Close Arrhythmias
a-fib, a-flutter. v-tach had ablation
Treatments
- Diltiazem Working / Worked
- cardizem works with sotalol for me. Not alone
- Radiofrequency Ablation Working / Worked
- So far the ablation is a success
- Rythmol Working / Worked
- rythmol, put me into v-tach. horrible drug
