For the past couple of days I have been Doing yoga in the morning for about 45 minutes, and I feel great. I even went to the card store by myself today which is big for me. It really relaxes me.

    I have been using a dvd by, Giaim it is called conditioning for weight loss. It is for beginners i like it, I like the deep breathing.
