      Trazodone Working / Worked
      works great to sleep, take 100mg right before bed time and sleep like a baby
      Xanax Working / Worked
      Xanax Xr 1mg usually only take twice a day, works great at keeping me calm, much better than the regular xanax because lasts longer

      Helpful in my mood take the 75mg BUT already gained weight immediately even though I work out and eat right regularly so I am weaning myself off. Had insomnia constipation soI would rather just stick to my xanax xr and trazodone to sleep.

      Lost 85 lbs with help of lap band over a year ago and train weights 4x a week, run 3 miles a day 5 x a week and swim to maintain my weight. Now I am trying to lose the last of my body fat and get into weight training more.
