Had saliva glands removed 7 years ago, which resulted in neuropathic pain. Have gone from Co codamol, ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen, 4 hour tramadol, oxycontin. Taken off oxycontin to prolonged release tramadol. Already on Max dose amitriptyline and Pregabalin. Doc has now said I need behavioural therapy as long term opioids are bad!
