Close Breakups & Divorce
Married 10 years. Left husband recently due to lies, his fraudulent business practices & complete financial control over me. Given weekly allowance for groceries, not allowed on any of his "4" bank accounts, including our primary checking acct. Horrifying divorce regarding custody of minor dauthter. Due to how bad he has hurt me and what a slick con artist he is.

- The love my daughter gives me everyday, even if only on the phone..keeps me going and fighting this controlling jerk! I won't let him do that to her! Never! She needs her mommy!

- He's not paying any of the medical bills, so I won't be able to continue therapy much longer. They want their money. I have none.

- Friends are helpful, but family bought his BS and gave him alot of ammo believing "he was just worried about me." Dumbasses. Now they will get called to testify...should have believed he was a lying, manipulative bastard when I told you! But Nooooooooo!

- Venting my anger at his cruelness and lies, but it does not change his behavior or make anything better.
Close Bereavement
Type: Loss of a ChildLost young 2 year old son suddenly to cardiac death. He just passed out and died right in front of me. Bizarre & horrifying. Leaving me with PTSD, major depression, panic attacks. Lost mom to cancer and big brother to AIDS as a teen. Now my controlling soon to be x husband is going for custody of our 6 year old daughter. Ugliest divorce. Can't loose my only living child. He refuses to give me primary custody.

- Depression is a horrible thing, crying doesn't help, sometimes it can be a release, but not helpful.

- I hate my husband so bad, that I actually might need to take anger management classes just to deal with him.

Open Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Witnessing my very cute and healthy 2 year old son fall to his knees, head fell forward, walked over to him, his eyes were half open, his color was grey and his lips were blue. I picked him up and he was completely limp, apple juice he was drinking running out of his mouth....nothing. I tried everything CPR/911...nothing was bringing him back. Sudden Cardiac Death/CPVT
