About Me

I've been divorced since Dec. 2007 after 24 years of marriage. I have four wonderful and very supportive kids. A daughter, 23, twin daughters, 21 and a son, 18. My ex had at least a couple of affairs and was verbally, emotionally and on a few occasions, physically abusive-- he also was diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder. I took my marriage vows of "until death do we part" very seriously and did all I knew to do to save our marriage, including counseling---but it didn't work in our case and I moved out in Aug. 2007. He was slowly destroying me. I don't understand if God hates divorce why this happened to our marriage, but I'm leaning on Him to get me through this and I know that he has great plans for the future for those who trust Him.

I love to read, spend time with my family and go to the beach---
