I wonder why some people are so lazy.  They want the job but only do what they feel they should and no more.  Everyday before I or any truck driver takes off they are to do a pre trip this is to check all the fluids, belts, lights, tires under the truck mirrors brakes so on.  Last week I went in the other guy that shares my truck said "oh by the way we have no trailer brakes."  Now he just came back off the road doing 240 miles.  Whats wrong with this picture?  Doesn't he care if he would of killed someone due to the fact no trailer brakes?  Well of course I called it in had to get em fixed so because of this I lost my load that day.  Then today my air brakes were losing pressure.  He tells me "oh they been doing that"  Ah well why didn't you report it DUH.  No again I had to report it and get it fixed n I lost a load again.  Well this time I had enough I spoke up.  We have to fill out paperwork showing we did the pre trip and sign it.  Guess what I had proof he didn't do any lol boss was not happy especially when I told her that this punk called me at home n started to yell at me because he couldn't get a trailer hatch open on a trailer I bought back to the yard like it was my fault.  She told me if I have any problems with him after he gets his butt reamed out that I am to call no matter what time of day or night.  Well wonder what he is going to try to pull next.  Any who take care everyone huggles
