Nurse Mary gave me a shock today. I worked harder than ever and at one point, she stuck a device on my finger to see my heart beat. She showed me, 149 beats. "I suppose you want me to slow down, eh?" I said cheapishly, like a little boy. She ask how I was feeling. "Great," I said. "Keep working then, your heart is strong enough now." I was totally floored. She has been slowing me down if my heart approached 135 beats. Candy ass Garrett, my ass! Oh yea, that finally healed, too. What a relief!

Usually after exercise, I need to nap. Damn if I didn't go grocery shopping and I'm still ticking.

It has been a wonderful day and I love the weather. It is supose to be 90 tomorrow...oh, yea!

that's great!!! You are getting stronger every day. Enjoy the heat, but don't stay out too long. No sun bathing, too much...You just healed your hiney, and wouldn't want it extra crispy or hurting again. Take care...

Its raining here and I am already getting sun withdrawal symptoms, I shall have to listen to you now describing the warmth Grrrrrrrrr !!!
