Reading and learning new things-making myself better than yesterday. Meeting new friends. Outdoors- hunting, fishing, swimming, riding my bike. Movies- action, drama.

Close Diabetes Type 2
It was a life style change for sure and one that I didn't want to make. I like to eat! It has forced me to take better care of myself and for that i am thankful.
Treatments
- Actos Working / Worked
- No side effects to speek of- I have been taking it for several months and it seems to be working.
- Dietary Modification Working / Worked
- I like to eat so its sometimes hard to say no.
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- It just making different choices- knowledge is the key.
- Glucovance Somewhat Helpful
- This was the first prescribed medication by my family doctor- seek a specialist!
- Lantus Working / Worked
- Not that bad and it helps.
- Metformin Working / Worked
- So far so good.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- This is so important and so helpful in so many ways. if your able- do it!
