okay so i had a bad day yesterday. got into a big fight with my brother and i cut like 20 times behind my ear and on my face. ive nver cut above my shoulders before. but it was one of the most relieving of the cuts by far. i dont know how to feel about it though. i obviously cant keep cutting my face and neck. hmm

I actually used to burn my face, so ive been there. Try to avoid cutting or otherwise harming urself. I know I havent been here and its so hard. I am building a house and it needs my attention. It will probably be at least a month before i can get back online. I am so sorry you are hurting. There is hope. Things can get better. We have to learn different ways of coping.
