      Three years into this and I still move in and out of "horrible" moments. Coming back from a three-week holiday with the kids (back to Ontario) to visit with my family and friends has presented all the right circumstances for a "low" period. Here's hoping that whatever prompted your mood change is something you're able to get past quickly. Rob
