hi, weather forecast recieved. I guess the whole area shuts down work wise, glad you are not expected to go out. It's raining and cold here. I keep putting on the heat at night. I'm surprised Izzy didn't help, though the two here are very dubious about winds more than 10mph. Re the song, I think there is a line about being better off in LA, which seems plain nuts. kisses, Mark

Cliffscat, Thanks for the book info. I will probably go out Wednesday to buy it. So, you have to handle Hurricane preparation by yourself? Is there no one else that can help? Things keep piling up on me, but today I picked up my teenage grandson and he helped me tremedously. I now have to handle the handiman work on a rental Dave and I purchased a few years ago. I was always the helper. Dave was the talented one with his hands. Now I have to take up the slack. We should finish our list by Wednesday. I'm taking the 4 oldest grandkids to the shore on Thursday, if things work out. I wish I could help you out there, but I'm in New Jersey. Please be safe and don't take any chances. It may be safer in a shelter, but I don't know of such things. We really don't get insane weather out here. Well, best of luck. Let me know how things work out for you and your kids. Take care. Alfy
