Close Panic Attacks
I've been suffering from panic attacks ever since I was a kid. My mother has always been there to comfort me and as for my father who divorced my mother has never really understood my attacks, same for my step dad as for my step mom she tries and that's all that matters. Recently they've been occurring at night, I have to sleep with the TV on most of the time to keep my mind at ease.
Treatments
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- It works on occasion but sometimes the fear over powers me.
