Close Breakups & Divorce
STBX has cheated on me three times in the last 5 years. Trying to get separation and divorce process underway, but he keeps stalling.
Treatments
- Couples Counseling Not Working
- Tried counseling the first time he cheated 5 yrs ago. Seemed to work, but he manipulated the therapist into believing that he was getting better. Soon after we stopped going, we were back where we started.

- Reading Somewhat Helpful
- Helps keep my mind occupied and helps me grow as a person.

- Sometimes the more I talk, the worse I feel.
Close Infidelity
I've been cheated on 3x in the last 5 yrs. My stbx is also doing internet porn. I no longer feel the pain. Not sure it its a good thing or not, but I don't trust people as a result.

- helpful the first time, he didn't want to do it anymore.

- After waiting for him to do smth, I am going to have to file myself.

- Forgiving doesn't mean forgetting. It doesn't help me feel better about myself.
