I am so proud of you for sticking to your guns and really trying to achieve all of your goals Donna...it can be so difficult with all the day to day stuff and all you deal with that interfers with your routine...you balance so many things so gracefully...even if it doesn't feel that way. Please be gentle with yourself...you just had a big thing dropped in your lap, so stressful?...Holy Moly, yes!!! Remember 1 day at a time. I've noticed you are working out in the evening more consistently than even just a month ago...so, "sucking"?...Nope, not you...staying with it, yes. getting back up and starting again after being so sick, yes. not letting Nick or Jacob's things get to you....geee, yes again!!!!! Hmmmm, I'm seeing all sorts of NOT SUCKING going on here. And, I don't know about you, but I qualify packing, going thru crap to move as definite toning and getting healthier! Chantix is a great idea...but go easy on yourself...that big shift to come in September...that takes a lot to wrap your head around and be okay with it all. You are doing it all...day by day...always moving forward...you are simply an amazing woman, mother and friend...thank you for being you!!!!
