      Hey your levels are great sometimes after being off for awhile it takes awhile to feel ok when you get normal always an adjustment, I am in the process of quitting smoking the american cancer society has great ideas now and you can get chantix for free and they help you so much my quit date is Fri, not only has it been hard on my eyes but my lungs are killing me call them its toll free I'll let you know how I do take care.       You sound okay to me cuddo for the xbf, as far as your cousin its her life, when my father passed all of us wewre relieved he was abusive and scary man but died when I was only 24, and he was only 58, my mom lived til she was 91 and the difference in how you feel is amazing I was told to stay away from my family as they are all so toxic but since I was her only daughter I stuck it out till the end and 6mths before she passed she validated my life I always felt like she didn't care much for me only girl 4 brothers, turns out I was right and she apoligized to me for not treating me the same as the others it was the most awesome thing for me but I did go thru hell to get it but when she passed she was finally a mother to me and we had made peace id my father had lived longet who knows sa-la-vee you know can't worry about it but I do understand so much more now.take care your doing good Mary
