Well this is my first entry in my first journal. 
On my Doctors recommendtation Im supposed to "record my feelings"!! Today is a bad day for me, woke up in the early hours with panic and anxiety that I know will be with me all day - had to leave work yesterday and have had to stay home again today, feeling guilty about not being in work and feeling stupid that I cant control this horrible demon called anxiety.
Hopefully Im going to go and meet my partner at lunch - always helps to be around him 
Determined that this time im going to beat this - going to go out for a walk, exercise helps apparently, my little cat who Ive had since he was born has been missing since Saturday 
so im going to put my coat on, brave the cold and hope that I find him.

Hi - I Hope you find your kitty too! Good luck with everything... I dont know if you ever heard of the book PANIC TO POWER - by lucinda basset but it helps me with my anxiety sometimes... just an idea - :)
