That is very powerful words. I will put it in and put along side the title may cause distress, just to let others know. I hope you don't mind that, as I don't want anyone upset, and I'd like to thank you for that efffort, please keep writing as it is an outlet for pain and distress, let the words flow. A great book for writing guidence is called writing down the bones by natalie goldberg, she is great, I am guided by her methods, keep well my friend, thanks again.
