Son has bad news again and Yorkshire show Mood

Hi all, I got a phone call at 5.30 last night from my son, he was on his way home from work (only been back 2 weeks after breaking his hand)someone had run into the back of him which meant he was pushed into the car in front,his car is a write off, I couldnt believe it, he has whiplash and he has hurt his hand again.The driver has admitted liability. He is going to claim for everything,they have provided him with a car for 1 month while its being sorted out.He has gone to work today as he doesnt really want more time off, but I feel so sorry for him, hes had enough now and need some good luck for a change. But at least he will get some compensation which will be great for him.

Been out for the day today, went to the Great Yorkshire Show,for those who hvnt heard of it, its an agricultural show which is on for 3 days each year.I used to every year but I stopped about 5 years ago because its exhausting. We set of at 7.30 because if you leave it any later theres massive queues.We went in all the food tents, lots of free samples lol.The ground was in a bit of a state with all the rain,I dont know what it will be like by the end of the show.They will have to pull the cars out with tractors I think. I watched a horse showing class, then the showjumping.

Its been cold today and showery again. Fed up of it now!!

oooh i used to go there when i was little to watch the horses jump :)
and we went to doncaster horse races too i know thats completly different but the horses kinda linked it lol sounds like you had a good day at yorkshire

Sorry your son was in an accident and hurt his hand. I wish you could send rain her to CA we need rain here and we been having to water ration which really sucks. Hugs, Sherilyn

poor lad. guess hes due for some good luck soon. ying and yang! havent been to the yurkshire show for a loong time. used to love it. the queen was there this time wasnt she? hope the weather was ok. hugs
