Today I feel bad. I'm very sick with a sore throat and a cold. I have a runny nose.

It was a quiet cold rainy Sunday here as I am dealing with a runny nose, cough and no energy. Now on Monday I had a Dr. appointment, on Tuesday I had a sore throat, go figure. I even ran out of tissue and had to drive to town (8 mile each way) to get more. Of course a cold or all most any illness doesn't make me less hungry. Tomorrow will be one week of a clear mindset with my eating and it feels good.
