Thanks for being so kind. My STBX also had 2 affairs with women that had been to our home. Thank God I wasn't good friends with them. It must be hard to have 2 important people just out of your life. You will get better. Baby steps.

Together with the same man for 28 years, most of my adult life. Married for 25 years and, according to my family and friends, seem to have the "perfect life" - a long marriage, a beautiful home, smart & beautiful children, and no monetary worries . However things had been rocky for the past few years; we had grown distant. We decided to try counseling; 6 months ago I confronted him about suspicious phone calls. He admitted to a yearlong affair with former friend of mine. Still in therapy.
