Well, I got on the scale yesterday and I've lost 23 pounds so far. Another 27 pounds and I will reach my first goal of 50 pounds. The diet is going ok but I am going to make some changes. I will be using the Richard Simmons Food Mover program to lose weight. With the program I will eat much less fat and less starch foods like bread. But actually eating more fruits and veggies. I also got my Andrew Lessman meal replacement shakes the other day. The Chocolate flavor is ok, the coffee I don't like, but the vanilla tastes like melted ice cream. Very sweet! I am using it as my mid morning snack with some fruit. I also have been doing some exercises, trying to keep my heart rate above 120. It's not as bad as I thought it would be. To get my heart rate, I count the number of beats at on my neck pulse in 6 seconds and add a zero to it. So 12 beats is 120.
