I have not written a journal in months. but I found it interesting and frustrating that this morning my FB was 96 I had about 6 ozs of coffee and my usual oatmeal and went out for about three hours having only water. I returned home and had two scrambled eggs with a little sprinkle of cheese, two pieces of bacon and half whole wheat English muffin. More water. I got hungry so about 1/2 hour before my after lunch testing I had half of a red delicious apple and some almonds. I tested and got 133. How much sugar is in half of an apple. I got very down, but then thought, as I have said all along I refuse to let this disease defeat me. No more apples.
