I was diagnosed with 45 X Karyotype TS when I was seventeen...theres nothing really to say about it except it caused alot of criticism throughout my school years.

Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked

I avoided deep fried foods and foods high in saturated and trans fats.

Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked

I portioned my food better and ate less unhealthy starches and meats. I also ate alot more fruit and fiber. If I did eat anything sweet it was usually low fat or no sugar cookies or ice cream. I ate alot of teddy grams, biscotties, and ither healthier sweets. As for dietary fiber I ate alot more wheat bread with seven grams of fiber or more. I also chose eggbeaters instead of eggs. It was just the small differences to my diet that made the difference.

Weight Watchers Working / Worked

I just kept myself determined and followed a healthy diet including the points.

Willpower Working / Worked

My experience was difficult. I was two hundred and forty five pounds, and it took me alot of time to relize that food became a comfort for me. I just decided to change my life one day at a time and now im at one hundred and thirty pounds.

Open ADHD / ADD

My attention span sometimes drifts, I rently found out its a part of Turners Syndrom.

Open Short Stature

Turners Syndrom causes short stature. I took growth hormones to help, but it just took me to a height of five one. This caused alot of criticism and teasing throughout my school years.

Growth Hormone Somewhat Helpful

I started taking growth hormone shots at seventeen..because I was diagnosed late. It didn't really have a chance to take full effect. It made me very logy and sleepy.
