    i am 29 years old....VERY MUCH A COUNTRY GIRL....love all kinds of music, love people, and i loooove babies.....it is hard at times to believe that i am almost 30 and dont have kids yet, but God has a plan and if it does or doesnt involve kids, i will be content.....i wish all of us the stickiest of baby dust!!!!

      trying to conceive for 6 yrs, due to not using contraception. right fallopian tube blocked, PCOS....

      it helped me pinpoint my most fertile day(s)

      it did not work....made me VERY MOODY
      Folic Acid Working / Worked
      HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Working / Worked
      found out that one tube is completely blocked, one is fine
      Metformin Working / Worked
      helped regulate my periods after being diagnosed with PCOS

    • Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

      diagnosed with PCOS 2 yrs ago by ob/gyn....my RE formally diagnosed me on the 19th of feb. when he did a vaginal ultrasound and he could see several benign ovarian cysts on both ovaries....he said they were nothing to worry about....he says i have all the characteristics of PCOS....

      Laparoscopic Surgery Too Soon to Tell
      had to postpone...will reschedule for later date

      my RE has put me on a 1200-1400 calorie diet to help me lose weight so that i can be at a healthy weight before conceiving....so far so good, ive been really determined and focused and can see progress everyday.....im gonna overcome obesity and infertility this year...i claim it!!!!!

      Aerobics Working / Worked
      i am a member of a wellness center...they do all kinds of aerobics/cardio....
      Running Working / Worked
      im trying to incorporate jogging on the treadmill....i always walk on it, but slowly im getting better
      Swimming Working / Worked
      the wellness center i am a member of gives swimming classes that incorporates cardio, stretches, etc.
      Weight Training Somewhat Helpful
      it's been a while since i have lifted, but i can tell a big difference when i do it
      Weight Watchers Working / Worked
      in january, i am going to start doing the point system...i have already made my personal weight watchers cookbook with several recipes in it that i have tried and loved....i am actually throwing a weight watcher party on the 19th of january to get my friends involved.
