Tuesday Shelley will see another surgeon for a second opinion. I am thrilled because she is a woman and does the majority of her surgery on breast cancer. I am hoping she will have the answers that Shelley needs. I have no idea if the surgery will still be on May 29th or not. If Shelley likes this doctor, then she may be the one who ends up doing the surgery. We have tons of questions that we didn't ask the first time. We were both so overwhelmed that we couldn't think about all we wanted to ask. This time we are more prepared. I am making notes this time to take along and so is Shelley. We spent the day together and had a nice time. It's wonderful to have a two daughters. Oh I love my son, but he is busy in his life and I'm lucky to see or hear from him once a month. Boys will be boys so I'm told.

So true about boys....I've heard that "boys are your sons until they marry a wife.... but girls are daughter's for the rest of your life." I saw my son four times this week which is VERY rare.....on Sunday I was able to rest and takes lots of naps....needed to... after everything that's been going on. You'll get all your questions answered this time since you've both had time to prepare.....that's important. Your Mother's Day must have been real nice being out together. I checked out the link and am looking forward to reading your book.....is it written in journal form?
