dog beach is a beach for dogs! lol They get to run around in the water. My dogs are scared of water so we are just going there to socialize our dogs. You should def come visit california one day. The weather is beautiful here.

B says potatoes, rice, beans, sweet potatoes are good source of carb that gives you energy. For protein he eats chicken, fish, tuna, steak, turkey and some beef. He eats 1-2 servings of fruits everyday for vitamins. He stays away from pork and pasta. He eats 4-5 small meals through out the day. Then he works out 3 times a week. I wish I was as healthy as him.

thanks for the comment bonnie! The bday dinner went great and B was really happy that I cooked for him because I never cook. Could you share some recipes with me? I wanna start cooking more often. I realized cooking is fun! Hope you are doing great! =)

Big Hugs to you and your Special family. Yes I am Mormon. I have been a member all of my life.We have a fun Family Home evening group. There is about 6 families that meet at a different home every week . We bring someting for dinner and have a lesson. You never know what people are going to bring. It gets very interesting. I have been married twice the first time for 30 years and this time April 8th will be 8 yrs. My husband joined the church after we were married. I live in Price, Utah 2 1/2 hrs from Salt Lake City. I have never been to New York. My ex-husbands family was from New York. Hope to get to know your better. I have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. I'm kept pretty busy doing things for them.
