My Very Honest Diabetic Food, Bloodsugar and Exercise Journal
is feeling Excellent
I am 45 years old. I have been diagnosed diabetic for 3 years and 4 months. I also try to eat healthily by eating food low in sugar, salt and fat for example; fruit, vegetables and bread... I also try to exercise everyday to help maintain the blood sugar at the right level and constant. I cooked stir-fry vegetable with diced chicken pieces. It was delicious. I hope to become chef in future by taking cooking lessons at college. I am also a brilliant cook, hoping to become a chef for fun. If you have any questions about me then please ask?
I love sport like football, cricket, rugby, golf, swimming, tennis, darts and snooker, horse riding, basketball, chess, ice skating, rafting, sailing, table tennis, skiing. I was a member of the badminton and cricket team at Deaf Sport and Social Club in Great Britain. I love fun like theatre, restaurants, wine tasting and going to movies and meet new buddies.
