  Today is the first day of a new beginning . Yesterday, after an extended semi-climatic marathon of finishing up moving and "taking care a business", I have with the help and grace of God have arrived here in Costa Rica ! As I look out my window and reflect over the last 45 years of my life in general and 31 years in Chicago in particular it is amazing the blessings I have been extended !  I have never taken anything for granted and have worked very hard and with profound dedication over my employment years so far. I kept my promise to my deceased  wife about taking care of our children. I have kept my promise, to my parents about being a good and person of high moral character. Despite challenges  and some hard core situational difficulties I rose to the calling and carried the ball with the best of my ability. I am proud of myself and take pride in my accomplishments so far...

  There is much to do still and the next chapter awaits me...

 I humbly acknowledge that without God's help and protection none of this would of ever come to be. I have always lived with the ideal that" to whom much is given much is expected". To you my family DS friends  this past winter has been the hardest one in several decades and you all helped me perservere and get through it. I thank you all for your help and love and support.

 The best is yet to come and become
