Hurricane Dolly Update

The family is doing well. It is a little after 4:40 p.m. Central Standard Time. We are currently experiencing sustained winds between 55 and 75 mph and gusts up to 85 mph. We are also currently experiencing horizontal rain and weak tornados in the area. Flooding will soon be a concern because the storm is moving so slow now. A tree in our front yard is down. Power, cable, phone and internet service are flickering on and off. For the most part we have retained power. We are all doing okay. The kids are snug in sleeping bags and on mattresses playing games and watching movies. So far all is well. Weathering out the storm pretty well so far. If anything happens or if there is a required evacuation the family and I are scheduled to be picked up by the National Guard because of my medical needs and disability, meds, oxygen, chemo, trach care, etc. Thanks for all your prayers, concern, love and support. Be safe, love. I'm not having any bad feelings, but He doesn't exactly let me know on demand, but I'm getting the "It'll be fine" vibe, so I'm taking His word for it, and staying calm over here. So far ,so good? It's 9pm and I am just reading this. I pray that all is good there now. I'm relieved to know that the National Guard is available for you if needed. Please let us know as soon as you can how it all turned out! I am praying for you! Cheryl
