So i had mark come over to my house last week and we spent the afternoon together. My kids were at gmas house and his brothers and sisters went somewhere with their mom so it was just me and mark. We got out legos and lincoln logs. We played with those for about half an hour and i asked Mark if I could talk to Mikal. He got uneasy pretty fast like i had discovered some deep dark secrete he was embaresed about. I told him about my people and a few even came out to say hello. Mikey is one of mine and he is about 6. I can never get a real age out of him so I dont even think he knows how old he is. He acts about 6 tho. When he came out to say hello is when Mikal came out again. Mikal has told him some very disturbing things about Mark. I would say Mikal takes the place of the all knowing alter. I have one, Amanda Jo. So Mikay talked to Mikal for almost an hour. Mark has been having problems in school recently and Mikal says the reason hes acting out is because the new teacher aide in his classroom reminds him of his birth dad. Mark is an adopted foster boy taken away from his parents due to severe physical abuse. No sexual abuse that i know of but then again i havent met all the alters. So Mikey asks Mikal how many friends he had in there. "oh i dont know 20 or 30" 20 or 30! i thought my 19 was a lot. well 19 at highest number. So i talked to Marks adoptive mom and asked her what she thought about asking Mark about this new teachers aide. Who is he and how ofter does Mark interact with him. She didnt even know there was a new aide in his classroom. Further investigation shows that this new aide is Marks birth father. Mark was taken away from his parents when he was 3 so it has been several years since anyone has heard from him. Marks birth father went to jail for the abuse but the charges were reduced to misdomenor battery on a minor. He served 6 months. BUT he is restricted from working in or living within 500 feet of schools and daycares. Long story short (too late barb) Marks Biodad was rearrested and charged with felony endagerment of a child. Mark has behaved perfectly ever since and Mikal is coming back over on a regular basis for alter therapy. His adoptive mom said i found out more in an hour and a half than the shrink did in 4 years. Yea for Mark. Next we work on all those drugs they have him on. I agree he might need somthing but we will just have to see. Mikey is VERY pleased with himself for helping Mikal and Mark and cant wait to meet the others. Its been a very good week!!!
