The only good thing is that if he agrees to it and it's signed into a court order, you at least have recourse if he doesn't. But perhaps your best move is not to agree at mediation and trust more in the Financial Relief meeting, because it sounds like that may give you more immediate relief anyway. Unless he wants to give you a check at the mediation thing, but in that case have it go through the lawyers....so he can't bounce the check to you! Happy Mother's Day!!!
