More or less OK..... Mood
Monday, March 3, 2008

Haven't had much interest in much of anything lately, including DS. Nothing personal, but I've been feeling nice and rotten all by my self just fine....!  LOL

Going to PT 3 X/wk, finally got someone to listen to me about the spasms, as in......... "How about doing some massages right over the trigger areas?" Duh. One would think they might know that from the doctor since he's known that so much of my woes have been related to back spasms all along. My problem now is that it's all gone from predominantly left sideded pre-surgically, to all on the right side. But that is the side where L3-4 was totally collapsed and all the tissues, ligaments and muscles had to be literally manually stretched apart to allow for the cage placement to rebuild the disk space. This same tissue now is fighting back and doesn't want to stretch. Still hurt alot, still get discouraged and still on drugs......... therefore, still an unhappy mess.
