   One of my ex's decided to quit cold turkey one time and he always chewed Dentyne gum or had a tooth pick in his teeth the rest of his life to keep from reaching for a cigarette. Just a thought. He said whenever he was watching tv that he would tell himself that he'd go buy some cigarettes (he said he quit when he had smoked the rest of a pack) during the commercial but by then he put it off again. I'm proud of you. How long had you smoked?
