today i went for my usual hr and a half bike ride, the weather was 28o phew it was hot..but i did it.

I am sad, again. This is my sad time. My husband is sleeping, I just got back from helping my parents put the kids to bed (Everday ritual w/all day Saturday & Sunday adventures, too!), and nighttime ismy time to cry. It helps a little.

Thank you for your support. It has been really hard. The kids are always saying that their papa killed their mama and their intention is not to upset anyone, but it takes its toll. One is three and the other is five years old. They are in therapy and with them talking about their papa killing their mama all the time, I think I just might need therapy! Wow. It's just so hard. One month to th day that she was murdered, she and I just started getting along. I always accepted her, but she took 31 years to accept me as her sister. In her mind, we just didn't match up well, but in my mind... we did. I tried so hard to get along with her. I never stopped loving her for not liking me very much. Now, she knows how much I love her, ever since we were little. I don't understand how I am going to get over this wih everyday reminders from her little angels. I call them "My Sweet Little Angels." I guess I sort of took on a mother role. Thanks for the hug. I needed that.

- i cut all processed foods.the first month almost killed us.im atotal choccaholic socutting out all processed foods was a challenge but i did it and lost over 10stone.then i met my partner who doesnt likethin women nd over a 3month period he badgered me into eting all the foods that i had previously stopped eating and im now back to the old weight i was.
