Hello journal....I survived..don't know how, but will thank God for seeing me through it. I come and read posts, but can't seem to convey my emotions well these days. I am being awfully protective of showing anyone my feelings. It makes me vulnerable and raw.......to many people take advantage of your weaknesses to show them.

Dads surgery went okay. He will be in a sling for 6 to 8 weeks. He tore all the ligiments and tendons in his left shoulder. The doctor sewed him back together for over two hours. He is NOT taking it easy, but I had to be back for doctor appointment. Thought I wouldn't make it home. Can't make that trip again alone! (dogs excluded).

Doctor ordered bloodwork and xrays for my wrists. It is not carpal tunnel...but he now believes I hurt them when I was rear-ended in Kansas City last June. I had just had cortizone injections and he thinks it delayed my injuriies from becoming prominent over the carpal tunnel. I no longer have numbness, but intense pain in the joints of my right thumb and left wrist. I braced myself against the steering wheel when I knew I was going to get hit. Bloodwork was normal (for me). White count 12.5, platlets high, thyroid meds had to be adjusted ...other than that I'm still sicker than ever...lol

SSDI denial came in mail. I am in process of appealing. Thanks to SEdwards...I now have someone in my corner I actually feel good about. Thanks for the referral. Private insurance appeal was suppose to be by Tues...still haven't heard a thing.Will have to call tomorrow.

Had to go to specialist today to have root canal through the 900 dollar crown that dentist put on last year. Even with insurance...I had to cough up 500 dollars. Told Doug he had better figure out where to come up with the funds as we are having to file bankruptcy because of all of this. 45% of our income came from me.

More oragel on my gum, night pills and here I come bed.
