Close Self-Injury
I was involved with self-injury from 13-15, I was very depressed and I felt like no one loved me. I used my razor and I would cut almost every night. I am glad that I am now a lot happier with my life and I have been dating my boyfriend/best friend for a year and a half now.
Treatments
- Rubber Bands Somewhat Helpful
- It worked while I was at school and that was about it.
- Talking Working / Worked
- Talking it out with my boyfriend made me realize that I was loved and I didn't need to do that kind of stuff anymore.
